Default Interstate SRM 27 battery is not cutting it

Hi guys,

My setup (see below) gives me from daybreak to around 2 pm or so. This
is not cutting it for me. It is a new battery as of January, the water
is at proper levels, and I always charge it back up right away.

There is enough room to mount another battery or is there a single
battery solution (make and model) that I should know about?
I looked through my MotorGuide manual and couldn't find how current it
draws. I will keep looking.

I considered a Combiner 100 but my boat does very short runs on these
small SoCal lakes and I am not sure if that would be sufficient enough
to charge the SRM 27. I use the TM mostly down here on these "ponds".

Any advice is welcomed.
I am thinking of either adding a battery (but that would extend my
overnight charge time should I want to fish the next day) or, replacing
the Interstate with a higher quality/capacity battery if there is one
out there. Is there one that will last all day?

Thanks again.
