I would use the 2 bank charger exclusively for the 2 TM batteries.
That would provide 4 amps per battery.

My Evinrude E-tec 50 charges the cranking battery pretty well.

Ideally I'd like to have a more powerful 3 bank charger and higher
quality batteries such as Ac Delco or Trojans, but I will need to save
up for that.
