Thanks, I would have rather seen the $14
payout a 6/1 shot should've paid, but was glad to collect decently.
Unfortunately, buoyed by this success, I managed to put up nearly half of the
days winnings, spread over Perfect Drift($80) and the feared Funny Cide($25).
My fear of the latter was that he might win, not that he would take my hot
horse out on the first freaking turn! Thus, I gained a decent little sum, had a
pleasant afternoon of yelling at the TV(kinda like those football games some
were whining about)! Probably should have been fishing, but a day of mild
debauchery isn't so bad, either.
