yup... in nc, from the offshore deep blue sal****er to the salt marshes
to the brackish estuaries to the eastern nc freshwater rivers to the
lakes to the mountain streams, it's the same here.

Well, in DC, the best you can say is that SeptOct sucks less
than other times of the year, but, yeah, the principle is pretty
much of a muchness...

Some waters open all year for trout in VA, if I read the regs
right, so all is not lost.
