out that Ken Fortenberry is harmless. All you--or anybody else--have
to do is ignore his (or anybody else's) taunting posts. Think of it
this way:
when somebody insults you, and you react, you've given them
exactly what they wanted. You've already lost the battle.
And when you don't give them what they wanted, you've won,
without doing anything at all. That's called having your cake
and eating it too.
