In the "old" days" the catalogs requested always showed up in about
a week; sometime only a few days.

What's happened to them ?
Have they farmed out all their mail distributions and customer
service to India, or somewhere ?

Really annoying, as I want to use up the gift cert.

They could sure learn a lot from L. L. Bean, who handles this sort
of thing just great.

Anyone know an e-mail address for the Perkins Jr. who is running the
show now, by any chance ? Or some VP who might take this seriously ?

Unless you need a pair of pink courdurouys, a $700.00 t-shirt, or a
$500.00 xmas ornament, I would avoid orvis

What should he do with the gift certificate, Lou? ;-)
