Hello - does anyone here know whether you need a licence to fish in the sea
(from the shore) in France? I'm driving back from Spain next week and
thought I'd stop off along various beaches on the way back and give it a
crack.

Also - any good stretches in particular out there (ie anywhere along the
coast say, between Bordeaux and Calais)?
