Almost completely unrelated (and the only way I'd contribute to a
thread with this subject heading :-) I wanted to let you know, Scott,
that I drove past the old Euclid Tavern building the other day to see
them installing a new cleaned up version of the old vertical neon sign
out front. Turns out they are remodeling the place. I have no idea
when it is scheduled to re-open. Brought back a few memories though,
when I saw them working on the place.

They shouldn't be messing with perfection. My strangest memory of the
place would be a first date I went on with a cocktail waitress from a
Cleveland Heights bar, and figuring out as the night went on that she was
a
practicing witch. Interesting evening.
