actually, Wolfie, at this point in my life, I am pretty much convinced
that little "comes naturally" to folks, save certain basic bodily
functions. And, I'm not altogether sure about that last part,
sometimes.....

You are right to be unsure. I heard a part of an interesting report on
public radio the other day. It seems that something like 40% of Americans
now use a sleep aid of some sort.
