I have a few pairs of
fleece gloves, that I like better. They still keep your hands relatively
warm when wet, dry quickly(you can wring most of the water out), and are
very comfortable to wear. I use the 1/2 finger models, so I can tie flies
on without taking the gloves off. This pair I bought on closeout
somewhere...

They seem to be warmer than some cheaper Polartec models I have.

The ones I have that I called "neoprene" are like those, really only
neoprene on the palm side, fleece otherwise ... warm, easy to dry
