Josh...I'm 56 years old and Pfleuger has never been considered as a 'good'
reel so far as I can remeber. It has always been considered a 'cheap' reel,
ever since I was a kid. Go with Shimano. Darned good reels. I prefer them
over the Daiwa. I haven't tried the Quantum series yet but they look like a
good reel for the money.
