I didn't care for it much, it allowed some regrowth during the season.
I've had good luck with Weed Impede 2-in-1 from Monterey.

It's a mixture of glyphosate (RoundUp) and prodiamine, which I
experienced works better than trifluralin (Preen) with Round-Up.

After applying Preen it should work until the surface is scratched. My
gardener guy said you have to replace the preen of the ground gets
scratched.
