Default Question for a fly_gal

I have yet to fish them in the salt but this pattern as mentioned was
first a salt water fly. I used wool for the heads of the fly but have
been thinking about experimenting with EP fibers. My only concern might
be when gluing the eyes on. One of these days I will give it a shot..

To me the wool along with the articulation are two keys to making this
fly so special.

If I were to chose a fly with a similar profiles for the salt it would
be the Slab fly. In the Salt the T/A will always take the back seat to
the Lou's Slab fly.
