Default Help with nymph fishing

Uh, er, well...

My first experiment with fly fishing was with a bait casting rod and
no reel. I cast it a bit better than I now cast a fly rod with fly
reel. It can be done. And can be fun to do. I could only get about
20 feet out of it and only within about 3 feet of where I was aiming,
but it was my first time trying fly fishing in any way, shape, or
form. And the line did do the propelling.
