Yep, California
It's 4 hours difference right now, 5 sometimes ( depending on DST or not )
..... just checked it on 2 time zone websites ... it is hard to believe BUT I
also discovered that ALL of China is on one time even though it covers many
'time zones' ... this stuff is not as mathematical and based on degrees and
angles as I had assumed
