I don't know enough about the history and models they produced to give
you a good answer. Every one I've seen either had no line rating on it
or if it did, it was in the old HCH format and I haven't see one for
sale in a while. Mine translates to a 7wt but I use a 6wt DT fly line
on it. I'm looking for an old Akron made Pflueger reel to put on it.
