And IMO, here's the real poo that hasn't made it to the circulator yet:

The Dems better get in front of this quick. If Spitzer/Paterson had
been WASPy white GOPers, the press, 'tripper, Ken, rw, etc. would have
been running amok screaming about it and subtly or less-so cackling
about what scum Rs are. These two are, 1) a supposedly law-and-order
white lawyer (from NY) who got caught doing things someone in their, er,
position should have instinctively stayed WELL away from AND, 2) a
sorta-black guy with a marginal "CV" who is where he is, to a large
extent, because he's sorta-black and had "patrons" (albeit even his own
father hasn't always supported his runs...).
