That's not true and it's not fair.

I cited both California (a blue state) and Texas (a red state) as being
served poorly by our electoral system. It's a matter of principle,
efficiency, and fairness; not partisanship.

I used Idaho merely as an example to counter Riverman's whining :-)
about urban voters trumping rural voters.
