You cannot be "harassed" in the legal sense on a Usenet newsgroup.
Your presence here is totally voluntary so how in the hell can
you be harassed ? Just leave already.

One can be "harassed" in the legal sense via email but not on a
Usenet newsgroup. You might want to make a note of that as you
seem to have forgotten it since the last time you had issues with
your ISP.
