Two things come to mind. As long as SWL doesn't have a dealer agreement in
place with this seller prohibiting on-line sales or ebay sales in particular
there is not much they can do. Even if they do have a dealer agreement in
place the most they can do easily is refuse to sell to this reseller in the
future. There are some legal arguments about price fixing that might allow
SWL to claim reduced perception of value, but I suspect in this case it
would be hard to make the argument fit perfectly. Its even more difficult
if SWL does not have a consistent price point agreement with all of their
dealers. (like Shimano) Without going to court there is not much they can
do. Also, if the reseller owns something they can sell it.
In general, the only thing SWL can do easily is refuse to sell to this
reseller.
