Interesting thing about Anderson Cooper: not only was he the posterboy
for the now-defunct "Channel 1" that was broadcast in schools
nationwide in the mid 80s, but he has a very well-heeled mom.

Hence the nickname, "Gloria Vanderbilt, Jr." That is one messed-up
family...well, what's left of it...
