I could pretend that you are clueless but your tell is your total
denial of even the best known outlines of the RNC institutionalization

But I will play along. For your edification here is a very readable
description of the life's work of Roy M. Cohn, founding father of RNC
dirty tricks operations, who died of AIDES in the mid 1980s.Cohn was
truly a strange mix of evil and some good.
