His supposed
choice of Rahm Emanuel for CoS doesn't bode well.

It's a brilliant choice if Emanuel will do it. There's no
better guy to play "bad cop" against Obama's "good cop".
Trouble is Emanuel wants to be Speaker of the House, he
wants it real bad, and he feels he's already served his
sentence in the West Wing.
