For the buginterested out there ... I later decided that the tiny 'Tricos'
mentioned were actually probably Caenis hatching from nearby standing water
areas apparently dug out to provide earth for overpasses. The Spinners
were falling on the creek but I'm nearly certain they weren't being hatched
there and, as mentioned, were Caenis not Tricos

I never got around to changing my report after collecting some samples and
comparing them to my traveling collection of entomology references .... I
tap out the report each day ( well most, some never make it ) on my laptop
but almost never go back and edit for badly grammar, wrong speilling or bug
errors
