Yeah, where *is* Richard when ya need him? I've given up counting the
days of use, but it is well over 440, which means at a dollar a day,
they are now free. And, they are working just as well as when they
were new. Stink a little bit, of course, but still doing the job.

gotta admit the 15 lb tippet story is impressive. Glad
you enjoyed yourself. Any stream diving?
I don't know what kind of hook they use for tying, but it is a very
strong hook, and the fish bent it like it was made of tin.
Never pulled a Reid, half or full. Tripped over a dead fall or two,
but never got wet. Broke a brand new Simms wading staff, my third in
a year. Gonna hafta go back to the Falstaff.
