all the music was fake and recorded earlier ..... same
with some of the concert the night b4....very impressive.......

That was one of the odd (and I'm assuming, security) features present
near us. *Atop the light stanchion to our left were four or five spot
lights that were blinking, not quite at strobe speed, but quick
pulses, alternating among the group. *All were pointed in different
directions, and I assumed they might be for purposes of some face
recognition system. *I don't believe this was present further down the
Mall, only at 4th St. *It was a bit distracting/annoying before dawn,
but was less noticeable in daylight. *Still, it never stopped all
day. *I was curious what the technology behind that might be, if it
was anything at all.
