other.
The IRS expects a whopping 100% of all returns to have some sort of
error or another.
Only 0.0022% of all taxpayers (2472 Americans) are found guilty of tax
fraud.
75% of the cheating is done by middle-income earners, and
corporations.

Just FYI. Seems like it might be an impossible task to find a lily-
white tax return, in DC or otherwise.
