Anybody had any luck fishing Oak Creek, in Sedona this time of the
year? Location? and possible type of fly, thanks

Start up high, near where the swithbacks on 89A come down from flag,
and work your way downstream. It seems too shallow for fish, but work
the pools in the bends and under the big boulders. The most popular
stretch is a few miles downstream, just above Junipine, so work your
way down to there. After that, I used to find that I lost my privacy,
so I left where other folks came in. I always had the best luck with
copper johns...tiny ones on slow drifts.

Is the bank the rocky red rock boulders or does it flatten out in
places where you can easily walk, thanks for the info.
