Finding qualified folks to serve at Treasury is as hard as
finding qualified computer geeks to work at a public University.
It's damn near impossible to attract top talent with tiny
public salaries. Add to that the almost surreal vetting process
in which even the tiniest, insignificant tax mistake made at
anytime in the candidate's past is a disqualification and it's
no wonder they can't find anybody to serve as deputy under
whatevers at Treasury.
