Sigh..yes..Im a smoker, but one down to about 4 a day. Down from 20.

But Im wearing a nicotine patch, and will be on my lower dose patches
next weekend. Afterall...quiting after 40 yrs isnt easy. Crom knows

I had. In fact...Ive quit 4 times since Jan 21. Though Im doing pretty
well today. Only 4 smokes and have had the same patch on for 3 days.

While I enjoy smoking...it somehow doenst have the same "fix" that it
used to have. Maybe Ill really be able to beat it this time.
