There's no doubt that what was once desperation is now calculated
piracy but everything I've read about Somali piracy leads me to
believe that the guys building villas never leave the shore. The
teenagers making the acrobatic climbs onto moving ships are not
in the market for Porsches, they're just looking to survive.
