They have some bizarre laws protecting scammers and consumer cheaters
in Texas. The principal funder for the "swiftboat" liars were Texas
builders who have cheated literally thousands of people and brought
and paid protection money to the Texas legislature. These guys do
Ponzi schemes for recreation. Most are big contributors to the RNC and
Whackjob Incorporated.
