Hey Todd, Here is another suggestion since you are not biting on the
sandwich and fave beverage idea.

See Beancounter's thread? Up to 402 now. He gets to post his whackjob
hate Obama stuff there and folks get to read it or not. He posts non-
political stuff elsewhere and no one gives him much **** there. Obama
hate posts outside his Obama Hate thread gets some bite-back.
Accomodation. Result: Fellowship still possible among people who
disagree on lots of stuff.

You could get something like that working for you. Maybe something
like a "Rush, Jesus and Todd" thread where mostly you get to share
your mishmash. Then you could restrain working the Rush and Jesus into
your posts on the other threads, let folks get to know you, experience
more of the rough and tumble of ROFFIAN "debate" and maybe even share
some fishing face times, which is one of the best parts of ROFF.

You might find that there are more than a few real conservatives and
Jesusites on ROFF, and you would certainly find yourself less a target
for bitebacks.
