Default What wading shoe should I buy?

Bob You should avoid pure Agquastealth soled wading boots if the
Bob areas you wade are at all slick. That said, I am extremely
Bob satisfied with my STUDDED Simms Aquastealth Fishing Guide boots.

I have the same pair of boots. They feel very comfortable and provide
good friction.

But... The last time I was fishing I was thinking that there *might*
be a minor problem with the studs these shoes have. When you wade in
rocky streams, the studs - which are of considerable size - make _one
hell of a noise_ under the surface. I mean, if I'm wading in a gently
flowing rocky stream, to the fish it could very well sound like
someone is using a circular saw next to their ear.

I'm not saying that I'm sure this is a problem, but I'd think about
the issue for a while if I was buying a pair of boots now.
