The whole silliness surrounding the Olympics. *If he had been the President he
claimed, he would have been "transparent" about it all - "Our odds of getting
them for Chicago aren't great, but other leaders are stumping, it has helped in
the past, and so, I'm gonna at least try...plus, I can actually run a few minor
errands while I'm over there..." instead of "We just suddenly realized in the
last few days that I desperately needed to go to Copenhagen...and the fact that
they just happen to be deciding whether Chicago is worthy of the games has
nothing to do with it..." *Add that to Michelle's Hillary-esque performance on
"the world stage." *Will the fact that Chicago didn't get the Olympics, in and
of itself, define his presidency? *Of course not. *Is it, in and of itself, even
a major issue? *No. *Is it just one more example of how he isn't the guy he
claimed, was portrayed to be, and promised to be? *Yes. *
