What a terrible event terrible event!!
Man - the Haitian people have been screwed over for years by everybodty from
the French to *large multi natonal and American corporations.
I hope that they can truly ne helped now !
I have never been there - nor do I *want to - but from what little I know of
the *Haitian people they are real friendly & outgoing
Their culture of which I know very little -(like that if Cuba) is quite
dynamic)- -

I've never been there either. And I don't know anything about their
culture or whether or not they are friendly and outgoing. I've heard
that they've been screwed over by everyone......not for "years" but
for centuries. I suppose so. I don't have any Haitian music......and
if I did, I probably wouldn't know if its any good or not.....but it
occurs to me that this would be a very good time to add some Haitians
to one's collection.
