It IS a bit of a puzzle since I don't read Dutch G but I think
I've figured out the patterns such as

Haak Standaard haak voor droge vliegen in de maten 10 – 18
Staartje Kort bosje SRF-fibers
Lijfje Dubbingmix van squirrel & deerhair
Vleugel Steeds een toefje SRF – ingebonden over het lijfje, gevolgd
door wat dubbing
Voelsprietjes Twee Peccary haren
