The main problem (but by no means the only problem) with Wall St., IMO,
is the incentive structure. Bankers have a huge upside incentive to make
crazy, risky gambles with other people's money. The upside is millions
in bonuses, while the downside is -- at worst -- getting fired, and even
that doesn't seem to happen very often.
