It's a shame your intimate familiarity with Sir Winston didn't provide a better
example...but fair's fair - it must have been hard for a young lil' orphan goat
to pay strict attention to each and every of his host's proclamations while
tottering around Chartwell and Blenheim with Churchill in the last of his years,
all the while making an exhaustive study of each and every past proclamation
made before his new young shadow was present to personally note such
proclamation-making...
