Um, "roughly"? "Approximately"? Those words seem to signal a formula rather
than an amount and bureaucrats and accounting don't seem to play together well:
"Lessee here...the bank book shows we have $19,264,234,094.04 USD, so that means
we can spend hundreds and hundreds of billions...because we still have checks!"
This is really getting worse and worse, and I ain't talking about the oil,
turtles, pelicans, or even a Cajun walrus...
"If seven maids with seven mops
Swept it for half a year.
Do you suppose," the Walrus said,
"That they could get it clear?"
"I doubt it," said the Carpenter,
And shed a bitter tear."

Funny. *Unfortunately, it isn't that cut and, um, dried...or not dried, as the
case may be...

RD is right. Unlike the video, the real BP guys calling the shots all
do not have American accents. The top BP guys have a variety of
accents, British, various Euro American, etc etc. What they all
apparently have in common is little technical expertise and evidently
lots of co-eds who did their college homework, and of course the
mandatory perfectly tailored designer suits and beautiful Italian
shoes. So you see BJ, "...it isn't that cut and, um, dried...."

Brazil has tougher off-shore drilling regulations than the USA, and it
looks like BPs dispersant-of-choice is banned in Europe because it is
a NEUROTOXIN"? Hummm I need to check this out.
Dear Santa,
Are neurotoxin good for fishes and little girls who like to play on
the beach? Our science textbooks at school don't seem to cover
neurotoxin but they are real good explaining how the World was really
Created.
Sincerely, Uncle Sam's little Girl,
