Um, "roughly"? *"Approximately"? *Those words seem to signal a formula rather
than an amount and bureaucrats and accounting don't seem to play together well:

"Lessee here...the bank book shows we have $19,264,234,094.04 USD, so that means
we can spend hundreds and hundreds of billions...because we still have checks!"

This is really getting worse and worse, and I ain't talking about the oil,
turtles, pelicans, or even a Cajun walrus...

"If seven maids with seven mops
Swept it for half a year.
Do you suppose," the Walrus said,
"That they could get it clear?"
"I doubt it," said the Carpenter,
And shed a bitter tear."

Don't know which cherry tree you're picking the words "roughly" and
"approximately" from, but according to the bulk of your oil-spill
related posts, all that money will go to economically-depressed
lowlifes and ambulance chasers who haven't actually suffered any
damages, since there is not a real oil spill or at least, nothing on
shore of consequence other than two dead birds and a turtle who
croaked of old age.

So what difference does it really make, other than to satiate your
desire to be antagonistic and fuel the flames....any flames.

Now go dance your 'lighter than air dance', I dare ya.
