public Rod Builder, one doesn't need a password.

Since you obviously have no clue about property rights, maybe you should
talk to a lawyer about your theory that this board was somehow *put* in
existence for the public to do what it wishes. Maybe, just maybe, if you
actually listen, you might hear the sound of something making sense.

And hell, even truly public property has rules one must abide to.
