well, I was able to cast from the bushes in front of Clave Central up to
what used to be Bruces trailer with the Avid. Does that count?

.....casting, what? That would seem to be the issue.....

#6 Girtle Bug. And you would have a blast. Couldn't do a 70' cast
with a 3wt.
