Harry's Killer Caddis is with a tan body, peacock herl at the thorax and
tan cdc wings.

I have a few, sent back in the prototype days by Harry to me. Body is turkey
biot, is it not? I might make up a handful of tan #18 submergers for you,
and you can play with them. They should work as well as the CDC caddis, but
since fished on a tighter downstream line, following the fly is not
necessary, merely react to the strike.

No, Tom. The body is made from Rainys Tube Bodiz material. However,
your submergers sound interesting. I won't be able to test them until
next May/June, however. I'll be fishing in Georgia this winter.
