Its something bright that I put together for shad in Maryland.
#8 3x streamer hook
marabou tail to match body
chenille body
bead chain eyes
crystal flash wing that goes from the eyes to the end of the tail.
Stupid simple. I used a yellow one with great success.
Another one I tie:
#8 or 10 3X streamer hook
tail: 6 fibers of glow in the dark kreinik
Body: wrap body into cigar shape with same glow in the dark thread
weight: bead chain eyes, kreinik thread figure 8 over bead chain then
make a head.
This is a real quick tie that works great on panfish is muddy or
discolored water. Also, charge this thing up with your flashlight and
use it at dusk/night or into very deep pools with some extra weight.
Killer.
