If you have time, find a Lindburger's (a small local chain of beer-and-burger
joints - I think there is one in Boca - there is one in Lake Worth) and have one
of their tartare "burgers"...trust me (it's a pretty standard tartare service,
not really served as a burger on a bun). If you just won't eat raw meat, get
the bleu cheese burger, medium-rare.
