Debatable. 45 mph on hairpin curves CLEARLY labeled as safe at no more
than 35.....on hairpin curves.....in coulee country.....in the
dark.....on ice covered roads.....in an unfamiliar vehicle.....with an
unfamiliar driver.....in the dark.....has got to come close.
