I've seen 'em in action and they're great. Always been meaning to get
one, but have yet to fork out the dough. You can also use a "roller
cutter" that fabric folks use. You lay the hide, fur down, and use the
roller cutter to cut out strips (use a ruler to run the cutter
against). It looks like a pizza cutter. Quilters also have templates
that will help get your strips straight an even.

The text says 'suede and leather', Im not sure it would work well on a hairy rabiit
pelt.
I has one years ago when I was doing leatherwork. I works great making
rabbit strips.
