Also perfect for boiling lobsters and crabs and such. However, the
best and highest raison d'etre for a turkey fryer is for homebrewing
beer. You can bring 6 gallons of wort to a violent boil in about
10-15 minutes, as opposed to about 60-90 minutes on the kitchen stove.
