cooking over found fuel in dilapidated plywood carts on roadsides in the
hinterlands of northern Mexico. What's bull**** is your continued pretense
in the face of what everyman knows to be a fact. What's amusing is your
insistence on holding to an untenable position in the face of the fact that
the best chefs in the world understand where to go to learn about food.
NONE of the great cuisines of the world were invented by chefs.....they
